Unless the collective paranoia of men in patriarchal societies is not eradicted, women will remain to be a marginalized sector. Gender inequality is an issue of power and the struggle for it.

Hello Grace, YES, gender inequality is so ingrained in Muslim society that there is little hope of making any headway to eradicate patriarchal societies. By keeping women from education and ”locked up” in their own homes, most do not know or even believe that they actually have rights. The Holy Koran has been fanatically misrepresented by men in an effort to have total control and power over women.
