Well, he is just a driver who worked for wages and not for some religious ideology that drives the terrorists. He must be released to go back to his family in 5 months. We should be fair when judging people.

too bad. the man should be hanged because he willingly joined al qaida as a driver. and who knows, he could have killed people as well. it doesn't mean that having no evidence against him for fighting means he was just a mere chauffeur.
